Shanghai IKS Mechanical Blade Co., Ltd is a joint
venture invested and established by Shanghai Electric Industrial
Investments Company (affiliated to Shanghai Electric Industrial
Corporation) and IKS Klingelnberg GmbH. Shanghai IKS officially ran
for business since December, 1995. At present, the investment
proportion of both companies is 20%:80%, for that IKS Klingelnberg
GmbH is the controlling shareholder. And Mr. Yunxi Pan, a
Chinese-German, is the managing director.
Shanghai IKS is the market leader in China, which is
specialized in producing various
mechanical blades with the highest market share. We have thousands
of products in tens of thousands of specifications. The main
products are in 4 catalogues: blades for printing, wood, punching
and shearing machines and light industry.

world famous multinational enterprise producing and selling all
kinds of mechanical blades. They hold excellent expertise, advanced
management experience and powerful international distribution
network.
Since the joint venture was established, the perfect

most of themselves to steadily improve the quality of products,
which is highly praised by the experts from Germany. Shanghai IKS
has been authorized to use the world famous brand of mechanical
blades, and has been orientated as the center of manufacture and
sales affiliated to IKS Klingelnberg GmbH in the Asia-Pacific
region.
Shanghai IKS possesses more than 120 units of principal
manufacturing equipment, in which nearly 40 units are of high
precision or imported advanced special equipment. We also have the
first “Laboratory for Mechanical Blades” in China. By far, we have 2
patents for invention and utility model each, and have applied for 1
patent for each.
