Stainless steel blades are suitable for food processing industries such as food, paper, leather, garden, plastics, electronics, textiles, woodworking and carton. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, high utilization rates, and a veritable stainless steel, so they are very popular among users. Many people think that stainless steel will never rust, and it is true that stainless steel has good corrosion resistance. The surface of the stainless steel has a rainbow pattern, which is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. When washed, it can be washed with a warm water detergent to completely evaporate or chemically react on the surface of the metal exposed to the erosive environment, and is eroded on average. The weak corrosion-resistant part of the stainless steel surface passivation film forms a pitting reaction due to the self-excited reaction, and the natural pores, together with the proximity of chloride ions, form a strong aggressive solution and accelerate the rate of erosion reaction. The trademark and film of the stainless steel surface are washed with warm water, weak detergent, and the binder component is scrubbed with alcohol or organic solvent (ether, benzene). Therefore, stainless steel surfaces must be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis to maintain their gorgeous surface and extend their service life.

The use of stainless steel slitting blades has become more extensive with the development of the economy. People are closely related to stainless steel in daily life, but many people are familiar with the function of stainless steel, and know less about the maintenance of stainless steel. That is to say, stainless steel is different in oxidation according to the premise of use, but the oxidation is the ultimate, which is usually called erosion. The reason is that the surface forms a passivation film, which in the natural world exists in the form of a more disorderly oxide.

The surface of the stainless steel slitting blade has bleaching agent and various acid adhesions. It is immediately washed with water, then washed with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda solution, and washed with neutral detergent or warm water.

The surface of the stainless steel is dusty and easy to remove dirt. It can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water. As long as we use accurate maintenance methods, we can extend the life of stainless steel and keep it clean, bright and gorgeous.

There is also intergranular erosion cracking inside the stainless steel, all of which destroys the passivation film on the stainless steel surface. The rust caused by dirt on the surface of stainless steel can be washed with 10% nitric acid or grinding detergent, or with special washing drugs.

The grease, oil and lubricating oil on the surface of stainless steel are contaminated, wiped clean with a soft cloth, and then cleaned with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or with a special detergent.
